TSoM adds new co-op partners

Toronto School of Management (TSoM) is excited to announce three more companies are joining our co-op partnership pool.

  • AlphaShine: A Toronto based high-end automotive detailing and aesthetic service group which will offer unpaid digital marketing internships.
  • Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge: A world-class resort in the heart of the Canadian Rockies which will offer a variety of hospitality and tourism paid internships.
  • TOlindo: A technology and transportation company merging different markets into one platform of instant deliveries within Toronto city through their app. TOlindo will offer unpaid digital marketing, business and cybersecurity internships.

These companies will provide co-op experience to students who are currently studying the following programs: Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, Business and Hospitality & Tourism. This means students can gain invaluable experience from industry professionals, while applying some of the skills and knowledge they have learned in the classroom.

To support students in their career development and help students transition smoothly from the classroom to a working environment, the Career Services department hosts workshops and offers students one-to-one assistance with resumes, cover letters and interview preparation. In addition, they organize job fairs and networking events specific to various program areas, so students are never short of opportunities and the support needed to secure competitive positions.

Another important role of the department is to assist students in the development of co-op employment opportunities. By ensuring there is a range of partnerships with reputable companies in different industries, TSoM helps students find their perfect role – regardless of their chosen career path.
