This two-year diploma is similar to the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management Co-op in terms of the program curriculum and learning outcomes. The only difference is that this program does not have a co-op term. This diploma is also powered by Oracle Hospitality and qualifies for Second Career funding.
Certificate in Customer Service Excellence Co-op
This 31-week co-op program will train you to become an expert in providing excellent customer service and experience. You will learn from industry titans of customer service management and front-desk operations, and you’ll develop essential hospitality skills like problem-solving and relationship building. The program also includes 240 hours of a co-op placement which will allow you to gain valuable Canadian experience in the industry.
